1) EXISTING STUDENT REGISTRATIONa) As usual Students can register by online for June 2020 and July 2020 intake.b) Students classes will be conduct by online and the procedures are available in Moodle and
online.c) Students are able to print their time-table online.d) Registration is only considered complete upon full payment.e) OAR encourage the students to fill up the deferment form who wish to apply for leave of
study for the current semester.
2) PROGRESSION
1
a) Student who wish to progress their studies is required to complete the attached Progression form and get the approval from the existing HOS and new programme HOS with signature and stamp as listed below.
b) Students is required to pass all the courses prescribed by the programmes of study before being considered for progression.

c) If there are any credit transfer from current programme, kindly attached course mapping form from HOS.
d) Any progression student who wish to apply for Scholarship or Alumni discount, kindly fill up the attached scholarship form.
e) Send the completed documents to OAR Ms. Nalla at ([email protected]).f) Once the form is approved, OAR will open a new programme and will inform the student
by email or phone call.g) Student encourage to register by online within the registration period.h) Registration penalty of RM200 if registration one week late from the last day of registration
date or; penalty of RM400 if registration after one week from the last day of registration date.
i) A copy of the Progression form and offer letter will forward to student by email.j) Change of Programme student who wish to apply PTPTN, kindly contact Ms. Fizah at
([email protected]) for the guidelines.
3) CHANGE OF PROGRAMME

a) Student who wish to change from an existing programme to a new one is required to complete the attached Change of Programme form and get the approval from the existing HOS and new programme HOS with signature and stamp as listed below.
b) Students who meet the minimum programme requirements are allowed to admit accordingly for the current programme.

4) DEFERMENT a) Students who wish to defer their studies or apply for leave (June 2020 & Oct 2020) are
required to complete the attached Deferment form and get the approval from the HOS.
b) Any International students who wish to defer must be accompanied with the confirmed air ticket to leave the country during the specified period of deferment.

forward to student by email.

5) ADD/DROP REGISTRATION a) Students who wish to add/drop courses or subjects after the registration must complete an
add/drop form and attendance form get the approval from the respective HOS as listed below.

c) Send the completed Add/Drop form to OAR office at ([email protected]) d) OAR will get the approval from the Registrar and will process the form accordingly.e) No credit will be made for dropping of subjects after the add/drop period.f) OAR will send a copy of the approved add/drop form to student via email.g) Student may check the CMS to confirm the add/drop subjects.
6) CONFIRMATION LETTER a) Should a student require an official letter from the University to another institution or
authority to confirm their status or some other matter, they may make such a request to OAR at ([email protected]).
b) OAR may require about 3 days to issue such letters. c) Students who wish to apply for Confirmation letter, kindly fill up the attached Request
Letter form.
d) OAR will process the letter and send the copy of the letter to students by email.e) The original copy will post to students’ home address (if required)

7) COMPLETION LETTER a) Should a student require an official letter from the University to confirm their completion
of studies, they may make such a request to OAR at ([email protected]). b) Students who wish to apply for Completion letter, kindly fill up the attached Request Letter
form.
c) Student with any outstanding payment with Nilai University are not allowed to request Completion letter.
d) Send the request letter form to OAR at ([email protected]).e) OAR will process the letter and send the copy of the letter to students by email.f) The original copy will post to students’ home address (if required).
8) EPF LETTER / FEE LETTER a) Students who wish to apply for EPF or Fee letter, kindly fill up the attached Request Letter
form and send to OAR Mr. Edward at ([email protected]) .
b) OAR will process the letter and send the copy of the letter to students by email.c) The original copy will post to students’ home address (if required)
9) WITHDRAWAL / COMPLETION FORM a) Students who wish to terminate their studies or have completed their studies at the
University must complete the University Withdrawal and Completion form. Kindly contact Ms. Suzie at ([email protected]).
b) OAR will check the clearance of student before release the form.f) At last forward the complete document to Ms. Suzie at ([email protected]).g) Once the document processed a copy of the form will forward to student by email.
10) SCHOLARSHIP a) Existing students who wish to enquire any scholarship matters kindly contact Mr. Edward
at ([email protected]).

11) PTPTN a) Existing students who wish to enquire any PTPTN matters kindly contact the PTPTN officer
Ms. Fizah at ([email protected]). b) Students who meet the GPA above 2.0 for January 2020 final exam are entitle for PTPTN
deduction.c) After registered in online, please email the statement (invoice) and result slip to Ms. Fizah
at ([email protected]) to check the top up fee of PTPTN amount.d) PTPTN officer will stamp on the statement the top up fees need to be pay after deduction
of PTPTN amount.e) To facilitate registration, you are encouraged to make payment before 5 th June 2020.
Payment can be made: by online banking or CDM/ ATM bank-in (Nilai University’s account details are listed in
the statement (invoice)) f) Progression and Change of Programme students who wish to apply PTPTN, kindly contact
Ms. Fizah at ([email protected]) for the guidelines.
12) TIME TABLE a) Existing students who wish to enquire about the subjects offer for June 2020 intake and
time table clash kindly contact your respective HOS as listed below.
