The maximum time allotted for this phase is 10 minutes.If the students appears for the selection process, that means he/she is agreeing to all the terms declared by the company. Hence, he/she cannot reject the offer made by the company. If he/she does, then student will be debarred from the placement process 2016. 2. As per NIFT Campus Placement policy, the companies need to give Offer / Appointment letters to selected students on the day of recruitment process at the campus itself immediately after interviewing the candidate (if found suitable).

3. In the absence of final confirmation / offer letter, the student will keep on appearing for other interviews going on in the campus. Once student accepts/receives offer letter, the student is not allowed to sit for any other company.

4. The salary quoted in NIFT CMS is the minimum salary commitment that the industry is expected to honor. As well as do not entertain any negotiation of higher salary by student.

5. Student has to register for placement once the report to campus conducting placement, if the student is staying back for day2/3 then also re registration is compulsory.
