&. I have disclosed all the facts relating to the said b%siness to a%thori'ed

incl%de its s%ccessors and assigns2. I confirm that all prior or s%bse3%ent

information f%rnished by me in this behalf is tr%e" complete and acc%rate in every

#ay.

4. I say that the said b%siness is free from all enc%mbrances" claim and demand and

same is not s%b1ect to any change" liens" lis5pendens" or any processes iss%ed by the

co%rts.

6. In consideration of the acceptance of this application" I agree to save harmless and

keep indemnified the (I)A( *E+(,!,-IES A() their official" sponsors"



agents" representatives" employees and all persons assisting them in this event from

and against all actions" claims" cost" e0penses and demands in respect of myself or

any other person of persons or loss or damage to any b%siness. *he indemnity shall

be binding on my heirs" e0ec%tors and legal representatives.

7. I say that I have d%ly paid and #ill d%ly pay the rates" ta0es" cesses" assessments"

reven%es" d%ties society charges" fee" royalty amo%nt and all other amo%nts no# or

hereafter5d%e in respect of the said b%siness8deal and at present there are no arrears

of s%ch rates" ta0es reven%es etc. o%tstanding and #arrants have been served in

respect of ta0es or any d%es.

9. I say that I have verified the details" identification and credentials of all the

st%dents and #ill d%ly verify the details" identification and credentials of all the

st%dents #ho #ill be engaged or enrolled to the co%rses8training programs at o%r

centers. I #ill never give #rong details of the st%dents and their enrollment to

(idan *echnologies for the p%rpose of taking fee8ref%nd from (idan *echnologies"

If fo%nd so" I may be liable for doing the financial fra%d. All the payments related

to the co%rse in partic%lar #ill be s%b1ect to the cancellation or to the discretion of

(idan *echnologies that they may take any legal action against %s. And #e #ill

reimb%rse the fees in case of being fo%nd involved in the fra%d%lent activities in

o%r centers.

:. I say that" I have verified the bank acco%nts details of all the st%dents associated to

o%r centers and #ill verify the details f%rther for the all the st%dents associating

#ith o%r co%rses. It #ill be solely o%r responsibility to verify the st%dent;s

credentials in respect of their identity and payments" (idan *echnologies shall

have no responsibilities of the same" or (idan;s official shall not be liable for any

credential checking or verification of the st%dents.

<. I f%rther say that (idan *echnologies vt. !td. Shall have the right to receive and

ad1%st any amo%nt on yo%r behalf" that (idan *echnologies may receive anyamo%nt of fees in connection #ith co%rses or training programs pay o%ts against

the facility agreement or as per repayment sched%le in any manner as (idan

*echnologies may deem fit not#ithstanding anything to the contrary contained in

the facility agreement.



=. I have scr%tini'ed the details and am satisfied #ith the b%siness

plans>co%rses>training program and (idan *echnologies and their a%thori'ed

representative have given me f%ll details" kno#ledge of the program in trans parent

manner" I have per%sed the re3%isite permission pertaining to the said b%siness>

co%rses.

$?.I accept that I shall be held responsible if the training centers r%n by %s have

ins%fficient infrastr%ct%re or deviating from prescribed norms. ,%r involvement as

training partner" if fo%nd in any fra%d%lent activities s%ch as fake8d%plicate

registration of beneficiaries" overstatement of financials" misleading information"

etc." #o%ld lead to its blacklisting from #orking #ith any government programs in

the f%t%re on immediate basis. I as *raining artner8 enter sho%ld strive to#ards

ens%ring high 3%ality of training to the beneficiaries. If the 3%ality of training isfo%nd to be %nsatisfactory" the (idan *echnologies may levy the penalty as per

their standards.

$$.I state that (idan *echnologies and their officials have f%ll right to inspect o%r

centers and provide g%ide line" (idan *echnologies @ill provide %s the g%idance

and s%pervision" all the infrastr%ct%re related to co%rses and training programs #ill

be o%rs" #e #ill ens%re not only the infrastr%ct%re re3%ired to r%n the co%rses" b%t

also arrange the goof trainers.

$&.I State that I have to ens%re that the necessary facilities are e0tended to the assessor

and ade3%ate lab infrastr%ct%res #ith necessary ra# materials are provided for the

assessment p%rpose. In case the assessor needs any internet connection and a

comp%ter than same sho%ld be provided on re3%est by %s as hannel artner.

$4.I state to ens%re that all statements comm%nication and representations made o

(idan *echnologies are acc%rate complete and of o%rs sho%ld not be directly or

indirectly be implicated or involved in disp%tes bet#een associate and other

parties. *hey shall not defame or discharge (idan *echnologies" its other

associates" s%bsidiaries or clients.

$6.I state that o%r cond%ct and dealings #ill be in ethical manner and #ith highest

standard as per the norms of (idan *echnologies vt. !td and ens%re appropriate

processes to prevent the offering any illegal gratification in the form of bribes or



kickbacks either in cash or in kind or %nd%e favor in the co%rse of all dealings #ith

(idan *echnologies. Any instances of s%ch violation #ill be vie#ed in serio%s

manner and (idan *echnologies reserve the right to take all appropriate actions or

remedies as may be re3%ired %nder the circ%mstances.

$7.I state that o%r cond%ct and dealings #ill be in ethical manner and #ith highest

standards as per the norms of (idan *echnologies vt. !td. And ens%re appropriate

processes to prevent the offering and illegal gratification in the form of bribes or

kickbacks either in cash or in kind or %nd%e favor in the co%rse of all dealing #ith

(idan *echnologies. Any instances of s%ch violations #ill be vie#ed in serio%s
