Varied work experiences working on servicing, repair and maintenance of light vehicles and as a result have gained the competencies to work on all types of vehicular work. Part of my role as Master Technician to liaise daily with Jaguar dealer technical support on complex fault, submitting product quality reports on new vehicles and obtaining warranty prior approval through the JLR FRED system. Warranty job card time ups coding (including customer concern code, condition code and causal part, and claiming ). Training other technicians with latest realises’ of technology , and passing on valuable knowledge after attending technical training courses. Being a mentor for a first year apprentice, assisting with technical portfolio. I am the fire officer for the Peterborough JLR dealership, this includes weekly fire alarm tests and annual fire drills.
