Re: Recommendation for Nick Bond

Dear Hiring Manager:

I have worked with Nick for the last year and a half and what I have been most impressed with is his

positive attitude, willingness to jump two feet in, and professionalism as our Marketing and

Communications Associate at WSI. Nick reported to me and the amount of impact he made on the

company was monumental.

Nick is a hard worker, even while multitasking school and outside marketing projects, he never let

anything at work slip through the cracks. His demeanor has been such a joy to be around in the office,

always smiling and developing friendships with everyone he meets. He was always able to continuously

develop himself, both in skill, and in discerning our company style. He made WSI look more presentable

and professional and I can confidently say everyone here now feels proud to show off our website,

newsletters, advertisements, billboards, social media, and internal material, because of him. Nick was

regularly the only person working on our marketing and outreach and never once complained about the

workload. He did everything with a genuine smile and a positivity that is unique. Nick consistently

completed projects from our managers on time and with a high quality of expertise, keeping everyone up

to date with metrics and ROI each week.

Outside of his excellent performance, I loved seeing the friendships Nick built in the company. He was

fearless in reaching out to anyone at any level and because of his genuine nature, positive attitude, and

can-do spirit, everyone was excited to work with him. Most recently, Nick put together a client newsletter

for a member of our leadership team, along with a microsite that led to more in depth information, which

was presented at a leadership off-site. Nick was highly praised for the professional look, ease of use, and

incredibly branding that was delivered.

Nick is incredibly organized and passionate about what he does, always seeing constructive feedback as

an opportunity to learn, and always looking into the future for how we could improve our marketing and

branding. I’m incredibly proud of the work Nick did all while completing his degree and I truly believe he

will do amazing things.
