PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

Here’s wishing everyone a very joyous

and happy holiday season.

Don’t make New Year’s resolutions so

far out of reach that you have no way

to keep them. Make a simple resolu-

tion to be more thoughtful of others.

The reward will be more than you can

imagine.

Let’s hope more people step up to plan car club

events. We will never be this young again, you know,

and keeping busy is the key to a more fulfilling life.

‘Hope to see you soon! Michael

NORTH HILLS HISTORIC AUTO CLUB MINUTES

December 13, 2015 After the Pledge of Allegiance, President Michael Quinn asked if there were

any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the November 2015 meet-

ing. There were none. Ken Barker made a motion to accept the Minutes and

Judy Coco seconded. Jack Swaney read the Treasurer’s Report. Jen Barker

motioned to accept the Treasurer’s Report and Marge DePaolis seconded.

Bill Sheerer is having surgery this coming week. Romona Bickl had knee sur-

gery.

Old Business:

Mary Jo Phillips made a motion for Betty Boff to serve as a Club Director as

Mike Coco’s term is up this year. Ken Barker seconded and the motion was unanimously car-

ried. Dues are to be given to Jack Swaney for the upcoming year. Jack Swaney reported that he

was planning the After-Christmas Party at Luciano’s (228) on February 21, 2016. The cost will be

$27 per person including the tax and tip. Social hour will begin at 5 and the dinner will be served

at 6. See the Newsletter for reservation information.

Jackie Sheerer asked what organizations were going to benefit from our car show next year. The

Wounded Warriors is one and, after some discussion, Ken Barker made a motion to have the

North Hills Community Outreach Center as the second organization. Jack Swaney seconded the

motion and the motion carried unanimously.

New Business:

Judy Coco had a sign up sheet for those interested in going to Walnut Creek again next year in

March for the winter getaway. Information will be in the Newsletter.

There being no further business to discuss, Jen Barker motioned to adjourn the meeting.

Respectfully submitted,

Antoinette S. Quinn
