Implement tech transfer contracts with fisheries companies in coastal provinces all over Vietnam as well as neighboring countries
Invite lecturers from other institutions, universities to teach, co-teach, supervise theses, dissertation, co-author books/journals, etc.
Share and cooperate with partners to develop and improve curriculum, lectures; to organize training courses to update knowledge and technical skills
