Do not use cribs if screws, fasteners or wood-to-wood joints are loose.
Do not use cribs with homemade, temporary repairs.
Do not use a crib mattress that has a gap of two fingers or more between the mattress and the frame.

Do not place cribs near windows, even windows that are not operable.
Do not place cribs near HVAC fans. Remove any cords and devices with cords
from the area. Inspect cribs for damages and loose parts
before leaving the room. If found, do not use.
