July Meeting Notes Focus Community: Carlsbad, CA
The City of Carlsbad Police Department is a full-
service police department that prides itself on its
strong partnership with the community and high
service levels. Through the hard work and
dedication of the men and women of the Police
Department, and the support of council members
and the community, the city continues to be a
safe community to live, work and play.

JULY BLITZ SUMMARY:
Carlsbad Outlets
Plain Clothes Escondido PD Detectives & Carlsbad PD
Detectives partnered with various retailers to deter and
identify two potential ORC suspects.
The Shoppes (Westfield)
Plain Clothes Carlsbad PD Detectives and the Marshalls AP
Team arrested a known habitual offender impacting
multiple retailers around the county.
