The Victoria Falls constitutes one of the most spectacular natural

wonders of the world. Nicknamed Mosi-oa-Tunya; which means ‘The

smoke that thunders’, by the locals, due to the billowing clouds of mist

that rise up from the falls. The incredibly loud roar of the Zambezi River

as it rushes over the cliffs is guaranteed to take your breath away.

The Okavango Delta is a vast inland river delta in northern Botswana. It’s

known for its sprawling grassy plains, which flood seasonally, becoming

a lush animal habitat. Here, dugout canoes are used to navigate past

hippos, elephants and crocodiles. On dry land, wildlife includes lions,

leopards, giraffes and rhinos.

Situated in southwest Kenya, the Mara North Conservancy is a beautiful private wilderness area

spanning more than 30 000 hectares. It is home to a spectacular array of plants, reptiles, birds and

steep ridges. This untouched forest has been declared a

UNESCO World Heritage Site because of its breathtaking
