RETAINER PACKAGE – LEVEL THREE

OVERVIEW

Next Marketing retainer packages are designed to give you flexibility, yet structure in the marketing activity for your business.

The packages provided here are examples of what are available, to give you an idea of how we can help.

In most instances we tailor a package to suit.

BUDGET & SIZE OF BUSINESS

The level three retainer package is ideal for clients who have a marketing budget starting from $80K per year.

Next Marketing clients spend, on average, between 7-10% of turnover on marketing each year.

MINIMUM COMMITMENT

The minimum commitment for a Next Marketing retainer package is six months.

STRUCTURE & FLEXIBILITY

If during the initial six-month period (or thereafter) there is a larger marketing project to complete, which is outside the agreed retainer package, then there is no need to change the package, we will simply quote that additional work as an ad hoc project.

COST

The cost for the level three package is $4,400 plus GST per month.

OVERVIEW

To ensure that communication is maintained and work is completed in as short of time as possible, we schedule in regular meetings and touch points, these include –

§ Three client meetings per month– meeting is held at client’s office or Next Marketing's office.

§ One phone meeting – to be held in between face to face meetings, if necessary.

AWARD WINNER 2012

FENIX RESTAURANT & EVENTS

Next Marketing wrote a Marketing Plan for Fenix Restaurant & Events covering four different and unique business units. They were:

§ Restaurant

§ Events

§ Weddings

§ Corporate.

Fenix had been in business for over ten years however, had been through major shifts in direction, which had weakened the brand.

Also, the business was not capitalising on the exposure that its owner, Gary Mehigan, achieved through Channel Ten’s MasterChef.

Next Marketing delivered a clear strategy to move forward.

Furthermore, one of the marketing programs developed by Next Marketing for Fenix known as ‘Fenix goes to the bridal expo’ won a Victorian finalist award in the 2012 Australian Marketing Institute’s Awards Excellence program.

The campaign delivered by Next Marketing led to a:

NEXT MARKETING PROJECT

In April 2012, the Next Marketing website was nowhere to be seen on Google, and it wasn’t generating any leads for the business.

Jo Macdermott from Next Marketing recognised that if the business was going to expand, the website needed to start working more effectively, but there were a number of problems that needed to be addressed.

These included –

1. Structural issues with the site 2. Skill set of the current team 3. No previous SEO work 4. Design issues.

With this in mind, Next Marketing took a course of action that led to a complete overhaul of the site, the Next Marketing team, and a creative rebranding of the entire business.

The actions included:

1. Finding a new designer and a visual overhaul of the Next Marketing branding

2. Finding the right keywords and testing via Google AdWords

3. Changing the Next Marketing logo 4. On and off-page website optimisation 5. Social media updates 6. Media releases 7. Ongoing website fixes. The results.

By April 2013, average monthly visits had increased by:

1. Total visits +35% 2. Google organic traffic +47% 3. Traffic from other sources +28%.

Furthermore, this marketing program won a Victorian finalist award in the 2013 Australian Marketing Institute’s Awards Excellence program.
