Our thoughts go out to Ken Fisher and family

following Ken’s recent bicycle accident. Ken and

Sue have been long time supporters of the North

school and we hope that Ken has a full and speedy

recovery.

Also, our best wishes go to Carol McInnes and

family on the loss of Carol’s mother.

Community Chest South West Music with funding from Arts NSW, has

been presenting world class musical concerts at

very affordable prices. Their next is one of the best

yet! The Saruzu Flamenco Quartet will be

performing at the Multi Arts Centre on Saturday

25th June at 7.30. Featuring one of Australia's

finest Flamenco dancers, gypsy violin, spanish

guitar and cool double bass, it will be a fiery,

flamboyant night for young and old! Free for school

aged children, Adults - $30. Phone SWM on 5881

Virtual Classroom Project for Stage 2 Students

Marzahn Schoeman, Lucy Metcalfe, Ben North,

Alex Rose, Sophie Stringer and Emma McCallum

will head to Edward PS on June 22 for a day

devoted to talented students. The Magnificent 6

were selected by their class teachers.

The Northies march on in the State Knockout Netball competition after an 18-8

victory over Barooga at Finley last week. The team will now face Albury based

school, Thurgoona, coached by ex-North casual teacher and Deni local, Frances

Monamy, in the next round.
