1. OVERVIEW
A Year of achievements
A lot has happened in 2017 and yet we feel many more things still to be achieved in logistics. Though the growth was stagnant in heavylift transportation industry, there are few remarkable achievements made by ACCI in multimodal coastal movement and Girder bridge movement for India’s heaviest T. G. Stator across India. With innovative logistics solution, ACCI had accepted the challenge to deliver 4 nos T. G. Stators each weighing 466 M. Tons for three power project sites in Western, Central and Eastern part of India which give us immense satisfaction in terms of serving clients and making small contribution to the Nation for safe movement of critical equipments for setting up of 800 MW power projects. Thanks to the vision of our Group Chairman Mr. R. K. Agarwal, dedicated work force, adverse market conditions, demonetisation and flood situation in Gujarat and Rajasthan during last monsoon we could overcome all the problems.
Last year we have seen two remarkable regulatory changes in logistics, One is implementation of GST and another grant of Industry status for logistics (Infrastructure status) which will help industry in the long run. Implementation of GST not only act as a major tool in strengthening transportation but also brings down logistics cost with availability of Input tax credit for GTA services under forward charge if opted.
With ACCI’s Technical team’s endeavour to find logistics solution for safe & economical mode of transportation, our company is the First Company to move India’s heaviest T. G. Stator for a cumulative distance of 10500 Kms. across India. We have also crossed 100000 Km mark in feasibility study / route survey for various projects executed and upcoming projects for weight upto 1570 MT and have extended our support to clients in their decision making process over safe movement of super heavy and larger dimension equipments.

Transporting such super heavy cargo for 3 different sites for cumulative distance of 6459 kms. by
road and 4047 Kms. (2158NM) by sea had many challenges including monsoon, flood in Gujarat &
Rajasthan, foul weather, road infra for moving 105 mtr. long Girder Bridge Trailer, but ACCI
through its experienced Technical Team managed to overcome all the hurdles and executed the
projects successfully. BHEL after thorough technical scrutiny of the bid, both technical & financial
competency and after physical inspection and witnessing load test for 500t capacity Girder Bridge,
selected ACCI for all four projects. ACCI had deployed 128 Goldhofer THP/SL45 series axles
including split axles, 13 prime movers, 500t Girder Bridge and 120 employees for these projects.
Girder bridge movement for BHEL cargo happened for the first time in India and movement of 4 TG
Stators of such Heavy weight of 466t in 16 months period is a record in Indian logistics services
industry and ACCI is proud to be the Logistics Service Partner for such large power projects In
India.

SPECIALISED TRANSPORTATION
ACCI own and operate 2 Nos. heavy duty Girder bridge with carrying capacity upto 500 MT suitable
for transportation of Power Plant equipments like transformers, Generator and stators and in the
last 3 years 15 packages for approx. 15000 Kms have been moved from North to West, North &
West to Central India. Team ACCI both Engineering and Operations are well versed in movement of
105 mtrs. long trailer on Indian roads and delivered heavylifts safely on time.

TRANSPORTATION OF 32 NOS TRANSFORMERS FOR CKL2 PROJECT :
ACCI bagged second project from GE T & D India Limited (Formerly Alstom T & D India Limited) in December, 2016 for transportation of 32 nos Transformers and accessories for CKL2 HVDC project, destined to Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, Kurukshetra and Champa sites and over 50% of the project already completed till now. 7. LICENCE, CERTIFICATION AND EHS
ACCI is an ISO, OHSAS Certified Company and after the annual audit, QS Quality Service certificate was
renewed upto 21.07.2018. Company is regularly conducting training programmes both by internal trainers
and external consultants.
Company has appointed full time Chief Safety Officer Mr. Dhiraj Waghmare who is available 24 X 7.
Company has trained many company officials as internal Auditor for OHSAS to ensure strict compliance of
EHS and Company has currently 8 internal Auditors. Company is also registered with National Safety
Council.

10. OUR STRENGTH
Goldhofer hydraulic axles THP SL /45 series under 6 years old with high bending moment. Young fleet of average 7 years of age. Just 2 years old ballastable 15 T / Sq. Mtr deck strength barge fitted with 2 powered winches and
generator on board.
2 years old, load tested 2 nos of Girder of capacity up to 500t,
Brand new + less than 10 years old 19 pullers of 400 HP and above which includes 3 nos brand new. We are the only company which own 580 HP Scania puller (Imported).
Well maintained equipments with zero breakdowns with own workshop and warehouse facilities.
Highly experienced Professional project team comprising of Mech, civil engineers, master mariners, trained drivers, heavylift operators with vast experience in girder bridge movement.
Only company which has moved India’s heaviest T. G. Stator of 466 M. Tons for a distance of 10500 Kms for
which Girder bridge moved on 3269 Kms.
Over 500 Transformers weighing up to 325t and height up to 5.30 mtrs moved in the last 10 years for
cumulative distance of over 0.50 million kms across India from 9 locations.
