Reynella C Grade West End Derby Sunday:

C Grade derby Sunday after our U15’s play F-Hill at Home. The club will be organizing for the bar to open early with Happy Hour Prices during the Big Game. Hope to see lots of people out supporting our Sunday teams.

Sunday U15 Trainer – without a trainer your kids cannot play. Requirement is having a First Aid certificate. Please speak to Sis or Janice if you can help out.

Treasurer Assistant – Willow is seeking a person to start being trained in club finance keeping for future retirement.

The club is always seeking support from our members to help out match day – canteen, BBQ, goal umpire, boundary, water, time-keeper, trainers etc. Please put your hand up and help out. Without these people you or your child will not be able to play. Clubs survive on the Amazing help of loyal Volunteers.

Concussion: Any player suspected of having concussion will be removed from play and assessed.

U17.5’s: any player suspected of having concussion will not return to play and will not play the following weekend. They may resume training the following week (approx 10 days post incident) provided they are medically cleared by a Dr.

General Rehabilitation Guidelines:

Step 1: First 72 Hours: R.I.C.E.R and NO H.A.R.M

• Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation, Referral • NO – Heat, Alcohol, Running, Massage
