Another year is winding down, and winter is right around the corner. It has been another fun year for the
Emerald Club! We thank you for your support, and for choosing to spend time with us. Our most recent
trip was in October, the California
Coast tour. The scenery was sen-
sational; the weather was warm
and wonderful. There were many
interesting stops and tours, and
many new friendships were
formed. Pictured here is most of
our group at the farewell dinner
in front of the Fish House in Santa
Barbara.
We will continue to offer some
wonderful extended tours in 2017;
with the first being a Cruise to Cuba in January. In May, join us for a motor coach tour to Horse Country,
Kentucky. Niagara Falls will be our fall trip. There will also be local day trips and activities. Keep reading

WHAT’S HAPPENING?
This month I would like
to introduce you to the
new Emerald Club Director
in Cherokee, Debbie Nel-
son. Debbie has worked at
Central Bank for the past
three years.
Debbie has lived in
Cherokee her whole life, so
many of you probably al-
ready know her! Her hus-
band is Brent, and is the
service manager at Huss-
mann. They have three
sons; Jordan, Brendan and
Dylan.
In her free time, Debbie
enjoys boating, bowling
and playing cards. She also
enjoys going up to Lake
Okoboji with family and
friends on summer week-
ends.
Debbie is excited about
her new role as Emerald
Club Director, and looks
forward to meeting all of
you! ~by Stacy Meyer

Central Bank Announces Two New Locations
Central Bank is opening two new locations in 2017! We currently serve
residents, businesses and communities through 16 Iowa locations, and are
excited to add 2 more locations in 2017; one in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota
and one in Waukee, Iowa. Both locations will provide personal and business
banking services, as well as mortgage lending and insurance solutions.
Dakota Dunes, South Dakota -
Located on the ground level of
the 3 story professional building.
This full-service bank location will
include a reception and waiting
area, 8 offices, a drive-up lane,
teller pods, a conference room,
safe deposit boxes and more.
This branch represents the
fourth Sioux City Metro location
for Central Bank, and the bank’s
first South Dakota location.
Waukee, Iowa - This showcase
location is designed to deliver an
exceptional customer experience.
Highlights include a reception ar-
ea with 2 consultation offices,
plus 5 additional offices, a lobby
and waiting area, conference
room, safe deposit boxes and 2

The Waukee location is the

We’re very excited to share this news with you! Both Dakota Dunes and
Waukee are thriving, and we look forward to serving and growing with the
communities.

Horsin’ Around in Kentucky
It’s time to mount up and join us
as we travel by motor coach to the
beautiful state of Kentucky! This
date is just two weeks after the
Kentucky Derby—-when things
have quieted down just a bit in
Louisville and Lexington.
We will begin our touring in
Lexington by visiting a prominent
thoroughbred horse farm. See
Keeneland Race Track, and visit
Kentucky Horse Park and the Inter-
national Museum of the Horse.
We will then move to Louisville
and spend three nights at the leg-
endary Galt House Hotel, the offi-
cial hotel of the Kentucky Derby.
Visit the Kentucky Derby Museum
and learn about the 12th Triple
Crown winner, American Pharaoh.
Enjoy an exciting day of racing
at Churchill Downs, where we have
reserved seats in Millionaire’s Row!
Visit the Louisville Slugger fac-
tory, and also the Bourbon Center.
We will take a dinner cruise along
the Ohio River aboard the Spirit of
Jefferson.
On our way home, enjoy a stop
at the Warm Springs Ranch near
St. Louis, Missouri. This is the
headquarter of the Budweiser
Clydesdales Breeding Operation.
See the beautiful horse barns, the
300-plus acres of rolling pastures,
and of course, the amazing
Clydesdales.
The cost for this exciting trip is
$2,200 per person, double occu-
pancy. We have detailed itinerar-
ies available, give us a call!
October 1-5, 2017

to our hotel for the next four nights.
