Singing carols with junniors

This year we had the opportunity to visit the villagers and to sing carols with our group

of juniors. It was a great challenge that has completed as a success. The message of

Jesus' birth was preached by Christian carols.

Villagers were left surprised and received from them fruits and pretzels.

While editing the newsletter, adding photos, I noticed that 11 of junior are from the

group of 15 people who went to Christian camp (July 2011).

The camp was a real blessing for them.

We thank those who financially supported the fifteen juniors.

Something about Romania I

On the morning of 24 December,

villagers of Odobesti are

ready to receive the visit of children

and young people with

"Good morning".

With days ago mothers of many

children have transformed towels in

bags to be useful for this event .

The carol "Good morning "is started

by young people around 23 am.

After 4 am children are appearing

on the streets singing: "Green leaf

orange / We are good children / And

I came to sing carols / And we wish

you: Good Morning "

Children who have visited us they

received many sweets, oranges,

apples, pretzels and crackers.

Christmas Celebration

Because the contribution of each member of the local church, the celebration of

Christmas was a very good prepared event. The carols and poems program was the

responsibility of Ramona and Elena.

The Juniors group (1215 years) and Dwarfs group (410 years) were involved in the

program.

My first two responsibilities were the preaching of Gospel and heating the building.

So Sunday, December 25 I awoke around 04.45 a.m. On the message preached, I

answered the question: "What your could receive today from Jesus?"

Answer: SSaallvvaattiioonn and HHeerriittaaggee hheeaavveennllyy

(message inspired from Ephesians 1)

Aby and Fefe

Aby (Abigail Deborah, our

daughter) and Fefe (Stefan

Alexandru Mihai, our nephew),

were extremely active during the

Christmas celebration. They

Something about Romania 2In this photos you could see another

romanian usually maintained along

generations in rural areas. As a result

large amounts of meat (100 150 kg)

that are preserved by various

methods of preservation: smoking,

boiling, salt storage, storage in a

freezer to be eaten throughout the

year. Together with Ovidiu, my

brother in law, we dealt with this

responsibility.
