Attention: ALL Grade 12’s

Mandatory Student Transcript Service Registration Sessions

Our counsellors are planning to meet with all Grade 12 students during Grad Transition classes during

the week of October 9-12th. The counsellors will give students their Diploma Verifications, talk about

graduation requirements, review application deadlines and admissions information. They will then explain

how to complete the new Ministry of Education Student Transcription Service (STS).

The Ministry has created a system whereby all students must have their own BCeID Account in order to

access their transcript for viewing or ordering. The Ministry will no longer be mailing student transcripts in

early August. It is imperative that all Grade 12s have a BCeID account.

We feel it is best for all students to learn this process at this time, as any student who is planning to attend a

Post-Secondary Institution for September 2019 MUST go through the steps and authorize the release of

their Interim (May) and Final (June) marks before May 1st. Failure to do this will mean the student will delay

the final confirmation of their admission to institutions potentially jeopardizing admission or course

registration.

During our GT session, counsellors will demonstrate how to register, log in and select institutions to send

transcripts.

Please use the chart below to determine for assigned workshop. Location of all workshops: Computer Lab

Room 208.

Please refer to chart below to find Student’s GT teacher and look at what date and block student will be

attending – organized by Alpha Last Name. If a student is away for the designated day there will be a
