NEWSLETTER 15-16/11/2012 – Conference on Energy Security: Outlook & perspectives in the Baltic Sea region On November 5-16, a doctorate student Zeljka Raskovič-Lovre, representing Institute for Energy Technology (IFE, Norway) and Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences, Belgrade University (Serbia), visited the Center for Hydrogen En- ergy Technologies. The topic of her research: Investigation of Mg2NiH4 thin coatings for hydrogen storage or “smart windows” for systems by applying methodologies XRD and GDOES. The equipment used for the research has been granted open access, and it has been acquired under the project “Establishment of a national open access center for research of future energy technologies:” optical emission spectrometer system for general-purpose smoldering discharge and an X-ray diffractometer.
