The children from the after school music department are conscientiously preparing for the ABRSM exams taking place on 3 and 4 of June at Rivers International Arnhem. We wish them best of luck!!

CARNAVAL OF THE ANIMALS

Last week, we finished the workshops for the “Carnaval of the an-imals” by Camille Saint-Saens. From reception to year 5, the chil-dren discovered the animals in the piece through piano represen-tations and orchestra recordings.

Leerplicht ambtenaar Elly will be coming regularly in the next weeks to support the attendance policy.

Drumming Day for the whole school on 5th June

Sport’s Day on the 7th of June This year the location has changed:

Instead of Valkenhuizen our Sport’s Day will be at:

Sportpark Schuytgraaf, Marasingel 251, 6846 DX Arnhem

Just like other years, drop off is between 8.30hrs and 8.55hrs and pick-up between 12.30 and 13.00 both at this location.

such as: voor, achter, naast, in, op, boven, onder, binnen, buiten.

Of course they had to show me if they knew the meaning. We had

a lot of fun!

Save time each morning by ordering for the week – you can drop written lunch orders at the counter without waiting in line!

We ask students who take their fruit or veggie sticks for the morning break from the café -to please re-member to pop by the café before going to their classroom (from 8.20am) and collect it then rather than at 10am. Thank you!!

Friday after school café is back!! The Café will be open from 3pm – 3.30pm

You can pre-order the after school hot snack – your order will be ready at 3pm J

Cancelling a lunch order – please send an email no later than 8.30am to let us know your child will not be in school. Lunches cancelled by this time will not charged for. If you do not have an account and have paid at the time of ordering, you will receive a credit for the amount to use another time. Please note: if we have not received the email or a message here in the café sent via a friend for example and the meal is prepared it will be charged for.
