The NLRB has now CERTIFIED THE UNION, ACT-UAW as the collective bargaining agent for New School University part-time faculty. Now, the administration must come to the bargaining table or it will be in deliberate violation of national labor law. We're hopeful that the university will not break the law and will come to the table prepared to bargain in good faith. We will keep you informed of when negotiations begin. Congratulations to all who've worked on this effort. As regards the union boycott of New School events, the boycott will continue until the administration recognizes the union.
