Dear Client,

In 2006 I moved an old banged up press into a garage right here in Denver. My dream at the time stretched no further than putting in a full days labor, and was borne out of my love for the printed word and ink pressing onto paper. Today, Newmark Print is the leader in solution driven digital offset imaging and mailing services in the Rocky Mountain region. Running 2 shifts daily, our 30 employees oversee an operation that has over 250 years of shared experience; running work on any of our 5 presses, and fulfilling tens of thousands of orders and mailing tens of millions of pieces yearly as far afield as Asia, or as close to home as your own mailbox.

We are driven by the knowledge that each of our clients, be they one of our fortune 500 clients, or like myself a young entrepreneur with a vision, trust Newmark to convey and deliver their own unique message with the care and craftsmanship for which we are renown. We are humbled by our success, which we deeply believe only comes through our ability of helping you achieve yours. I hope you find the information included in this book to be helpful in gaining insight into Newmark, who we are, and what we do. Should you have any questions about us, I’ve included my personal business card on page 16.

Our DNAIn an industry where every job is unique by definition, we believe it is our job to empower your creativity, not constrainit. When Data equals Return On Investment

When Newmark print says it does data, it does not mean we have an entry level hourly staff member validating spreadsheets. We believe that in the information age Data is king, and that it is our ability to understand the contextual information embedded in data that allows us to leverage the full extent of our digital production footprint by producing pieces which present a result driven value proposition. Where the industry has been talking about the possibility of marrying production and data for the better part of a decade, we have spent our time delivering that reality daily.

What makes Newmark Data different? Metameric Data Output. In House dedicated Data Department. Full time Staff Mathematician & Data Analysts. Data Segmentation. Data Enhancement. Data driven graphic implementation.

When Print quality matters

When it comes to our print services we believe that quality and sustainable business practices have no substitute, but understand that print is not just ink on paper. This is why we offer exceptional value by providing agency quality print at aggressive market rates, with quick turn around. We have built our Print Production Division around the lead edge of print technology, through the use of state of the art print engines we are able to deploy solutions such as Print-on-Demand, Variable Content implementation, spot color printing, inline addressing, job and version bundling, and synthetic substrates, without sacrificing the fine quality and color fidelity of lithography and offset print .

When Mail means results

Mailing is the backbone of our business, and with hundreds of clients and millions of pieces mailed, we are tried, tested, and proven daily. The results coming out of our Mail Services Division are on point, on target, and on time. The depth of knowledge of our people allows us to remain at the top of the pyramid in the ever changing direct mail market space rather than reacting in the wake of USPS regulations changes. It therefore comes as no surprise and is no coincidence that the President for the Mailing & Fulfillment Services Association (Mountain States Region) is a Senior Vice President at Newmark Print.

What makes us different? Industry leading staff. Newmark Data fed mailing. Postage Optimization. Campaign Managment. PURL. Transpromo.

When Inventory Management means freedom

Inventory is changing, and Newmark is leading that change. Where a few years ago printers and clients took great pride in the millions of square feet worth of inventory on their racks, in todays economy we have all found out the simple fact that inventory is idle money which instead of accruing value accrues cost. At Newmark we manage inventory in the context of real need in real time, this means we do not print millions of pieces at one time and fulfill them over years, it means we observe lean practices by marrying the needs not based on subjective need but objective reality. We apply this same logic to our Kitting services allowing us to inventory, bundle, and fulfill client defined products to end users on-demand.

What makes us different? Logic Driven Management. Preemptive Inventory Management. Need Based Forecasting. Fully Integrated Automated Inventory Managment. Inventory Auditing.

When CMYK is GREENCommercial lithographic printing on traditional offset presses is an incredibly wasteful and dirty process, regardless of the types of inks you use (did you know for example that vegetable based ink are made of soy, which in turn is the leading cause for rainforest deforestation?) . Whether it be during set-up, clean-up, or imaging, traditional offset presses waste incredible amounts of papers, chemical solvents and energy, before the first deliverable sheet is even printed. This means that traditional offset outputs “Volatile Organic Compounds” (the stuff responsible for global warming) at rates exponentially higher than that of new offset technologies.

Instead of a traditional offset press, Newmark chose to invest in print engines which quantum leap ahead of existing technologies in terms of quality and direct environmental impact. Out state of the art Digital Offset Presses delivers true offset quality while increasing energy efficiency, dramatically cutting waste, and eliminating the chemical baths associated with traditional offset.

In the end however, engaging in sustainable business practices is not about buzz words, it’s not about marketing, nor about pure image. It’s about creating a world where we work to first limit, and then eliminate the negative ways in which we impact it, and reduce the strains we place upon out natural resources. This is why we do it, and why we invite you to engage in a conversation with us as to the steps we are taking to help all of us realize that future.
