ITINERARYNovember 9 – Travel Day / Elkhart, INMeet your Moostash Joe Tour Director and Driver at one of our many convenient pick-up points this morning and head east! Our travels take us through Iowa, Illinois and to Elkhart, IN where we’ll be overnight.

November 10 – Hershey, PAToday, continue east through Ohio and the beautiful Pennsylvania countryside to Hershey, PA. Enjoy an evening meal together at Fenicci’s, a local Italian favorite. (B, D)

November 11 – Pennsylvania Amish Country / Philadelphia, PAThis morning we head over to nearby Hershey’s Chocolate World for a peek inside the journey of cocoa beans to Hershey’s famous chocolate! Then, take the short drive to Lancaster, PA and the Mennonite Information Center. Here we meet our local step-on guide, of Mennonite or Amish heritage, for a guided tour of Pennsylvania Amish Country. Lancaster County is known for its abundance of Mennonite and Amish as well as being the home of the oldest existing Amish settlement in the world! After our tour we enjoy a delicious authentic Pennsylvania Dutch lunch at the Bird-in-Hand Family Restaurant & Smorgasbord. This afternoon finds us in Philadelphia to meet our local step-on guide for a guided city tour of the city commonly known as “The City of Brotherly Love.” Later this evening, our day ends in Lyndhurst, NJ for our five-night stay just outside of New York City. November 12 – NYC Touring / Broadway ShowGood morning and welcome to the “Big Apple!” A day full of fun activities await! We’ll meet our local step-on guide as we make our way around Manhattan, making our first stop for our Backstage Tour at the famed Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts – home to New York’s most prominent performing groups. We’ll enjoy lunch together before our next stop at the iconic Empire State Building for a birds-eye view of the city at the 86th Floor Observation Deck! Our touring this afternoon takes us to Grand Central Terminal and Times Square, where you’ll have time to enjoy the bright lights and one of New York’s many fabulous restaurants on your own before our top Broadway Show! (Broadway Show TBA in Summer 2021). (B, L)

November 13 – NYC TouringBack in the city, our morning includes visits to Trump Tower, Harlem, Central Park and the Upper West Side. Lunch is included before our stop at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, also known as “the Met,” which is the largest art museum in the United States and third most visited in the world. This evening concludes with free time at Macy’s, one of the largest stores in the world – covering an entire city block, and along 34th Street. (B, L)

November 14 – NYC Touring / Broadway ShowAnother full day in New York City includes visits to renowned Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick’s Cathedral before boarding our ferry to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, with plenty of time to explore each and to take the perfect photos. Back in Lower Manhattan we hop on a subway, the easiest way to get around, for the Theatre District for another chance to enjoy an evening meal at one of the cities top-rated restaurants before taking our seats for our next Broadway Show! (Broadway Show TBA in Summer 2021). (B, L)

November 15 – NYC TouringOur last day in the city is one you won’t soon forget. Our day starts out with a driving tour through Greenwich Village and SoHo before we stop to visit the 9/11 Museum and 9/11 Memorial Park – a must for any visitor. We also stop to admire and walk through the Oculus at the World Trade Center, visit Wall Street and see the iconic Brooklyn Bridge. Our time in the New York area comes to an end this evening, but not without an evening celebration dinner! (B, D)

November 16 – Country Cupboard / Cleveland, OHWe begin to make our way back today, driving through the beautiful Pennsylvania countryside. Stop for lunch and shopping time on our own at the Country Cupboard, a local roadside stop known for home-style meals and over an acre of shopping pleasure! This evening finds us in downtown Cleveland, OH at the Drury Plaza Hotel. Relax and enjoy Drury’s great “Kickback” – where complimentary food and drinks are available. (B, D)

November 17 – Notre Dame Walking Tour / Quad CitiesContinue west today, making a stop in South Bend, IN at the University of Notre Dame. Here, enjoy a one-hour long guided walking tour of the beautiful campus and free time to spend in their expansive bookstore. This evening we arrive in Bettendorf, IA and enjoy an evening meal at our hotel. (B, D)

November 18 – Return HomeSpend one last day reminiscing with your fellow travelers and newly made friends about your New York City Christmas Spectacular! Enjoy some time to dine and shop in Iowa’s Amana Colonies before saying goodbye to your Moostash Joe Tour Director and Driver as you arrive back at your initial pick-up points this evening. (B)
