NEW VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE / FACE-TO-FACE IN DALLAS, TX
HOW ARE YOU WORKING TO RETAIN AND
ADVANCE WOMEN LEADERS?Over the past twenty one years, we’ve worked with thousands of women leadersempowering them to scale the hurdles to success and realize their full poten al.
Every step of the way, these women leaders have inspired us with their drive, their tenacity, their passion, and their willingness to never stop learning.
Women who a ended the fi rst Women in Leadership Ins tute™ (WIL) in 1999 as emerging leaders are now seasoned pros at the top of their fi elds. They lead teams and organiza ons that make a tremendous impact and they all started where your women leaders are right now: poised to realize their full poten al.
New in 2020, WIL is now more accessible than ever. Choose from two formats—Face-to-Face in Dallas, Texas, and a virtual experience, allowing you to rise to the needs of a changing world.
The content across these two experiences is exactly the same. Only the delivery method is diff erent. It’s everything that makes the Women in Leadership Ins tute so special—available 100% virtually.
WIL is a four-day immersive learning experience like no other—leveraging six keynote sessions, four skill-building deep dives, seven hours of small-group peer learning teams, and strategic networking opportuni es—all designed to accelerate personal and professional growth.
Look within your organiza on, iden fy your top performing, high poten al female leaders, and nominate them to join over 1,000 women from around the globe in this proven and transforma onal learning experience.
