The composition of a regenerated smoke

The SystemThe old method of generating smoke causes many

problems such as fire hazard, explosion, unreliable

smoking, high cleaning costs, and unhealthy working

conditions. The Tarber Smoke Master eliminates these

problems, and is the future of smoking!

The TG-3000MD and TG-4000MD are completely automated

and microprocessor controlled smoke generators for use with

high quality smoke condensates, and has undergone constant

development since its introduction nearly 20 years ago. This

has enabled us to guarantee the reliability and functionality of

smoking the modern food industry requires.

ControlThe Tarber Smoke Master control system is user friendly.

TSM monitors vital parameters such as main air pressure, tank

and nozzle pressures, actual liquid flow, total consumption,

smoking cycles, error messages and displays this information

on a LCD screen. The data logging system will record all vital

information from the last five smoking sessions, and can also be

connected to a separate data logging system.

Add the TG-Dual Tank Box, and you can use different types of

smoke condensate (for example Classic, Supreme, or Enviro) in

the same smokehouse. The TSM system will automatically take

care of the needed parameter changes.

The TSM system offers optional remote control trouble

shooting, and makes real time supervision a possibility.By connecting a TG-dual tank box, different types of smoke condensates may be used with the same smoke-house.

FunctionalityTSM does away with the need for storage and handling

of wood chips. Smoke condensate is automatically

distributed from a central dispenser to the TSM smoke

generator. The process is clean and easy to manage.

Soot, tar and ash are eliminated. No need for costly air

filters or catalytic cleaners. The use of expensive cleaning

agents is negligible, and cleaning times are drastically

reduced. TSM gives real economic and environmental

advantages.

ReliabilityThe Tarber Smoke Masters has a unique electronic

control system with built in safety functions automatically

activated during and after the smoking process.

This guarantees complete reliability.

ModelsTG-3000MD and TG-4000MD are fully automatic

smoke generators and can be used for cold, hot, or

steam smoking. The TG 3000 serves a single smoke

house, and the TG 4000 will serve two totally

independent houses. Both models can be adapted to

fit any size smoke house.

TG-1100 and TG-1200 are semi-automatic smoke gene-

rators for the smaller processors. The TG1100 serves a

single smoke house, and the TG1200 will serve two totally

independent smokehouses..

After installation of the TARBER SMOKE MASTER you no longer need wood chips storage or expensive air cleaning systems. One pallet of smoke condensate is equivalent to 4-5 pallets of wood chips.
