• New roles (not just new job titles)• Case Leader:

– Draws up and maintains case plan– Identifies key issues and commissions and co-

ordinates work– Looks for linkages across Oftel– “Project Management”/audit trail– Brings in senior staff early for advice/decision

where necessary
