Any store fixtures ordered from a vendor will need to be paid by the dealer with a credit card or check to the vendor. Moorehead will
reimburse MDF funds when they are received from Verizon Wireless.

Fixtures
4) Many flooring manufacturers/installers state that flooring needs a minimum of 24 hours to set prior to bringing in store fixtures, sothe flooring will need to be and set at least 24 hours prior to the arrival of store fixtures, or the time recommended by the flooringmanufacturers.
5) Paint can take up to an entire week to cure so that should be completed ahead of fixture delivery/installation by the time framerecommended by the paint manufactures/painters.
6) Orders for fixtures should be placed a minimum of six weeks prior to the date the dealer would like them delivered. Shorter leadtimes will be accommodated if possible, but not guaranteed. Many of our lead times for security devices, alarms, acrylics, metal materialsand accessories are four to six weeks, making it nearly impossible for us to complete fixture production earlier.

ACS Specfic Guidelines
2) All construction work, including electrical and data work must be completed prior to the installation of fixtures.
1) Obtaining building and remodeling permits are the responsibility of the store owner or landlord and should be obtained by the datesrequired in any given location.
3) Construction work must be consistent with the building plans that ACS is given for layout purposes. Verizon is approving layouts andthey must match the actual construction.
16) ACS cannot move forward with any fixture package manufacturing until we have a signed order form from the dealer and an approvalfrom Moorehead Corporate.
7) If fixtures are to be installed by JGBowers, Inc./ACS it is an additional cost and will need to be quoted and included on the orderform. Delivery and installation are NOT included in the price of the fixtures.
8) ACS provides installation instructions when necessary and we advise all store owners to hire a reputable, professional installationcrew for installing store fixtures.
9) ACS is not responsible for damages caused by the improper installation of fixtures10) Changes to delivery dates must be made a minimum of a week in advance. Less notice will result in a fee equal to the cost ACS ischarged by the shipper plus a rescheduling fee of $50.00.
11) Customization of fixtures will result in additional lead times and additional charges which will need to be quoted on a per job basis.
12) ACS accepts credit card payments and payment agreements from Moorehead Corporate on behalf of the dealer. If a dealer does nothave a payment agreement in place with Moorehead corporate or the cost of the order exceeds the amount of the payment agreement,they will need to pay for their fixtures (or the amount exceeding the payment agreement) prior to shipment.
13) JGBowers, Inc./ACS do not supply signage for building/store exteriors. A Verizon approved sign vendor will need to provide thesignage.
14) Each store owner should receive a merchandising kit from either Verizon Corporate or Moorehead Corporate. ACS does not providemerchandising kits, but we are happy to assist in
