First Reading — When the people grumbled to Moses
for water in the desert, the LORD heard and brought forth
water from the rock for all to drink (Exodus 17:3-7).
Psalm — If today you hear his voice, harden not your
hearts (Psalm 95).
Second Reading — God’s love has been poured into our
hearts through the Holy Spirit (Romans 5:1-2, 5-8).
Gospel — Ask, and you will be given living water so
that you will never thirst again

of the Risen Christ to all those who
need to know our Savior’s love and grace.
“Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty
again.” John 4:13
Jesus reminds us that material things, even some-
thing as basic as water, can never satisfy us for long.
When we build our lives around material posses-
sions we always want more. True Joy and Peace on-
ly comes when we follow Jesus; when we become
more “God-centered” and less “self-centered.”

The annual Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by the
Youth Ministry has moved weekends!!!
The date for this year’s Easter Egg Hunt will be
Saturday, April 23rd. Please read the bulletin for more
info as it gets closer.
If you are interested in helping cover some of the
expenses for the Easter Egg Hunt, you can find
envelopes in the pews with neon labels. Put your
donation in the envelope and drop it in the weekend
collection or you can bring it by the front office
anytime. Donation envelopes will be in the pews
throughout the month of March. We appreciate your
financial contributions!
Loving Embrace Infertility Support Group
Meets 3rd Thursday of each month, 7:30-9pm,
monthly meeting rotation: Couples Dinner, Ladies
Dinner, and Couples Discussion .Loving Embrace is
a Catholic educational support group for couples
who have endured or are presently enduring the
pain and suffering of infertility. The group provides
support for coping with infertility and explores
resources, methods, and options that are morally
faithful to the teachings of the Catholic Church. For

InSight Retreat for Young Women in High School

An opportunity for high school girls to visit a
convent, interact with Sisters from several congrega-
tions who serve in our Archdiocese, pray together,
build friendships, learn about religious life, share
lunch, and ask questions. The day will be held at the
home of Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi
(22730 Lain Rd, Spring, TX 77379) and will end
with a 4:00 p.m. vigil Mass (families may attend the
Mass). Registration and permission slips will be

Summer Intensive Catechist Formation Program
The Summer Intensive Catechist Formation Program
is offered for those working toward completion of
their catechist certification. Theological content
courses, catechetics modules, and training in sexuali-
ty catechesis are offered each June at the Chancery at
St. Dominic Center, 2403 Holcombe Blvd.,
Houston, Texas 77021. Each of the nine theological
content courses will be repeated in July. One week
each will be at the Chancery at St. Dominic Center,
St. Laurence Catholic Church in Sugar Land, and St.
Edward Catholic Church in Spring. For full

Women Seeking the Road Less Traveled
6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Apr. 6 and May 11

Jesús nos recuerda que las cosas materiales, incluso algo
tan básico como el agua, nunca nos pueden satisfacer por
mucho tiempo. Cuando construimos nuestras vidas al-
rededor de posesiones materiales siempre queremos más.
La verdadera alegría y paz sólo nos llega cuando se-
guimos a Jesús; cuando nos volvemos más "centrados en
Dios" y menos "egocéntricos.”

7 de Mayo: Día Mundial de Oración por las
Vocaciones
