Duties and Responsibility:

Presently I am monitoring the store in accordance with the guidelines which are delineated in the following manner:

Handling all the incoming materials as per norms & providing it’s report to all the related departments on daily basis.

Receive material as per delivery challan/invoice & reconcile them with PR/PO. Preventive measures are taken against in transit damages & shortage materials

during the time of physical verification. Providing information to the user dept for inspection & quality approval. Inspection OK materials are shifted to the respected location & rejected

materials are transferred to the rejection store. Verify the quantity & rate as per the party challan & po respectively. Ability to store the received materials in appropriate location in such a way that

it will be more easy & convient to issue right material to the right person. Handling all the outgoing materials as per the norms & providing it’s report to all

the related dept as & when they require. Providing better service to the user depts. in time as & when they require. The

service may be in terms of material, any report or any other quires. To issue the material through MRS to different Contractors after getting

permission from the HOD of the concern dept under which the same contractor is working

Materials issue are made on the basis of FIFO method paying respect to the norms of weighted average costing method.

Reconciling returnable materials against party account. Keeping records of all contractors & reconcile their individual account

accordingly. Keeping records of all In House Production materials & providing it’s report to

the management as & when they require. Physically verifying at least thirty items & reconcile the same with system on

daily basis. Handling all project related materials & providing better service to the user

depts/contractors in time. Checking all records like Inward, Outward, and RGP & NRGP on daily basis. Monitoring loading & Unloading of all heavy materials like Steel, Cement &

Equipments. Providing MIS report to the management as per their requirement. Maintain day to day stock position report of some fast moving items & convey

for effective Management. Maintaining the 5S culture. Initiate indent to purchase department as per the guidelines of minimum &

maximum level. Providing inventory report to the management & dept HOD as & when they

require ,mandatory once in a month. Providing ageing analysis report to the management for taking necessary action

accordingly. Concentrate on the material controlling system in view of reducing production

cost paying respect to the guidelines of minimum& maximums level, perpetual inventory system & ABC analysis.

Labour management & material handling procedure. Discussion with Managing Director regarding innovation on any other

consequences etc. .
