    TRANSFORMING OLD OAK

    BACKGROUND:

QPR have been in Hammersmith and Fulham for more than

100 years, however Loftus Road is the smallest stadium inthe Premier League.

QPR need to move but do not want to leave their local area

they want to stay in Hammersmith and Fulham.

Old Oak is the only realistic location for QPR to move to

and has been identified as a regeneration priority.

Successful regeneration schemes need a beating heart to

make them work. QPR will make Old Oak more than justdormitory housing estates.

This consultation provides an opportunity for local residents

and club supporters to have their say at an early stage.

    Stadium Design

As previously documented the new stadium needs the

atmosphere/acoustics and close proximity to the pitch asLoftus Road

I think a 40,000 seater stadium is too

I think the development will benefit the club massively if

the stadium is not too large for football at our level,

maintains atmosphere and can be multi purpose

    Community Impact

It's a wonderful plan and the sooner it can happen thebetter, as we desperately need a new stadium regardless

of which division we're in. The plan for the surrounding

area is also innovative and will create many benefits and

    opportunities for everyone living nearby

The vision would need to incorp

    Public Transport

Transport links are vital for success of project. Location

looks perfect for train links, but with many QPR fans living

outside London, access from M4 and M40 is key andsufficient car parking capacity is needed

I think that the transport imp

The viability of the plan seems to have significant
