New PUC Filer
Filer Homepage
CLICK BEGIN.
1) Enter the docket number in the control number field if it is an
existing docket.
2) SELECT NEW CONTROL NUMBER IF IT’S A BRAND NEW
DOCKET.

Fill in your contact info (name/address/email/phone number)
and click Next.
You can also check a box at the bottom to save your info for the future.
*The steps are the same for both an existing filing and a
brand new filing.

AUTOPOPULATE IF IT IS AN
EXISTING FILING PARTY),
*MAXIMUM OF 255 CHARACTERS IN
THE FILING DESCRIPTION FIELD.
YOU WILL UPLOAD THE FILE BY CLICKING ADD FILES AND SELECTING THE DOCUMENT FROM YOUR UPLOAD
SCREEN AND PRESSING OPEN.
*MAXIMUM OF 255 FILES
CAN BE ATTACHED
WITH A TOTAL OF 300 MB.
ONCE UPLOADED, YOU SHOULD SEE A PREVIEW OF THE FILE NAME ATTACHED. IF THIS LOOKS CORRECT, CONTINUE TO THE NEXT SCREEN.
The following “Almost Done” screen will prompt you to review all the information and make any last minute changes as needed. If everything is correct, you then you may proceed to complete the reCAPTCHA and submit.
The following screen will look similar to this and you
WILL NEED TO Print this as a tracking sheet and then
1) exit if you’re finished; or2) you can start the next filing if you have more.
*NOTE THAT THE SYSTEM NO LONGER
AUTOMATICALLY PRINT THE TRACKING SHEET. YOU MUST PRINT THIS YOURSELF
OR THE EMAIL YOU ARE SENT WITH THE INFO.

Lastly you will receive a submission confirmation email similar to below with the tracking number YOU CAN print MAKING YOUR SUBMISSION COMPLETE.
