Inevitably, you will experience some distur-

bance as a result of this work but our aim is to

minimise this as much as we can.

Generally large deliveries of materials and

plant access into and egress from the site are

through the vehicle gates off Brighton Road.

On a few occasions over the next two months

we may also need to use the site entrance on

the corner of Merton Road / New Parade for

certain works. This will include a few concrete

pours to the southern end of the site. We will

try to keep these to a minimum and strive not

to cause any inconvenience to the residents of

these roads.

We also apologise to any users of the raised

public footpath between our site and the

Aquarena that were affected by it’s closure for

a number of days during the first week of

January. Unfortunately we will need to close

off access again for a short period of time

whilst we undertake some modifications to the

hoarding during the middle part of January.

Worthing Fire and Rescue

service plan to undertake a

trial rescue plan on the tower crane in the near

future. Please do not be alarmed if you do

happen to witness this operation as our crane

driver will not be injured.

If there are any concerns or queries you have

on these or any other matters with the con-

struction works then please do not hesitate to

contact one of our site team.
