• Updates for 2008-09– Requirement that same teacher assign grades
SW1-2-3 and SW4-5 clashes with scheduling changes in SW1, at semester
– No longer use instructor code– Only allow modification at SEM1 (Jan/Feb)
and SEM2 (April/May)
• If requested scheduling changes do not appear on CEI reports?
CEI Reports
• Teacher reports – MyData Portal– Expected September 29 or 30
• Principal reports– Compiled teacher reports in a PDF e-mail
attachment– One or two days later
• Principals receive adjustment request documents with e-mail message
CEI Adjustment Requests
• Adjustment request documents available just after CEI reports are released
• Documents available on MyData Portal
• Form and supporting documents must be sent by FAX, must contain signatures
• Only complete requests will be processed
CEI Adjustment Requests
• Two deadlines for submission:
1) 59 TIF schools earlier (within about a week)
2) Other schools’ later (within about a month)
• Receipt of materials will be acknowledged via e-mail; estimated time for processing will be included
