SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, MARITA FERNANDEZ GALLEGO, whose name appears in the Certificate of Live Birth as Maria Begona Rita Lozada, of legal age, Filipino, married to Mr. Santos Gallego, Jr., and a resident of Block 5, lot 13, Emily Homes Subdivision Digos City, on this date have, named, constituted and appointed, MA. TERESA F. BARBA , likewise of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of 118- E Salvador Ext. Labangon, Cebu City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for my name, place and stead, to perform the following power and act to wit:

1. To process, follow-up and submit any documents necessary before the Local Civil Registrar of Cebu in relation to the changing of the erroneous data in my Certificate of Live Birth particularly the name specified therein from Maria Begona Rita Lozada into Marita Fernandez, which I have habitually and continuously used and have been publicly known;

2. To appear before any other branch or offices if only to facilitate the release and/or submission of the pertinent documents;

3. To execute and sign documents and other effects in pursuit of the performance of the above-function;

4. To do any other acts necessary and proper to carry out the foregoing powers;

HEREBY giving and granting unto my said attorney-in-fact, full powers and authority, to perform all and every act requisite or necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof;
