The key to any associations success is its ability to grow and retain members. In 2008-09 we will:

1) Achieve an 85% retention rate.

2) Add 1700 new members.

3) Set foundation to double in size within 5 years.

Key Initiatives:

1) Create a member satisfaction survey that also includes questions that allow us to prospect for new services that hold value to our members. Re-measure at year-end.

2) Create a Group Membership structure.

3) Develop and Implement a plan for government AP members.

4) Develop/implement a comprehensive membership growth system with:• Automatic Enrollments
