WE ARE GLAD YOU MADE IT HERE!

The purpose of this handbook is to help new employees in getting

oriented to working at ABC.

WELCOME! YOU ARE HERE!

ABC is a neat place to work! At least we think so. As you may

already know, we received many inquiries about potential

employment. ABC takes a good deal of care in selecting employees.

You have been selected from a pool of applicants as one who does

stand out amongst the crowd.

Congratulations on making it through

our initial screening process. During

these last few weeks, well maybe several

weeks in some cases, we have gotten to

know you. You have also gotten to know

us.

ABC values every employee here and wants to make sure that each

one has tools, resources, and skills to help get off to a great start!

During the next three months you are invited to work with subject

experts, learning developers, HR, your hiring manager, and your

team. We will create an environment for you to further explore ABC

and get acclimated.

ABC’s new employees begin with an initial 90-day period that

includes our ABC New Employee Orientation and 90-Day

Certification Program. By the end of this initial period, you and your

hiring manager may further assess if you mutually feel ABC is a

good fit for you. At this point, we really think you are a great fit!

Thus, we choose to invest in your development beginning now!

Are you in the

right seat on the

right bus?
