Yes – Project is 0.2 mile walk to 40th St. Station on MFL (rapid transit rail); 0.1 mile walk to Walnut St. & 40th St. stop on 21 line (bus), 30 line (bus), 40 line (bus), LUCYGO, and LUCYGR; 0.2 mile walk to Spruce St. & 40th St. stop on 42 line (bus).

Reduced Parking Footprint
