HEALTHY RECIPESCHICKEN STIR FRY
METHODINGREDIENTS
250g pack Egg Noodles (dry weight)2tbsp vegetable oil650g bag mixed Stir-Fry 200g cooked chicken 230g pack Hoisin Stir-Fry Sauce
Cook the egg noodles according to the pack instructions.
Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan and stir-fry the veg for 4-5 mins.
Add the chicken and cook for 2 mins, then add the noodles and stir-fry until really hot.
Add the sauce and stir-fry for 1-2 mins before serving..
