redevelopment project: Why?BUILDING REDEVELOPMENT has taken on great importance in recent years in Italy. Our built heritage is often made up of buildings that are functionally inadequate for new demands and requirements, energy deficient, seismically unreliable and flood-prone.

This is therefore a market that presents great opportunities and offers companies, designers and all professionals in the sector tremendous opportunities for growth.

This is why we thought of organizing 4 events throughout Italy that share the mainthemes of the redevelopment of the country’s residential, tertiary heritage and urban renovation.

With the help of targeted surveys carried out with contributions from the main players in the sector, we will photograph the state of the art of the real estate market and the potential opportunities that are open to professionals. Through involving leading sector experts, who are often present at MADE expo every two years, we will create a stimulating series of in-depth technical studies that will help us to firmly identify what tomorrow’s buildings will look like.

REDEVEOPMENT project, A SOLID ANSWER TO THE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSIN BUILDING REDEVELOPMENT:

How to enhance and develop a property with the aim of promoting its sale or rental? How to create condominiums that are efficient and safe?Where to find financing and how to take advantage of tax breaks?
