Also Knowledge of Lead Recycling from Battery Scrap, its smelting and refining Process. Handle 12

ton per day capacity plant at Angola. Knowledge of copper recycling Total Knowledge of Quality management System. Hand on approach on OES spectrometer for

analysis of different aluminum alloys. Good knowledge Aluminum & sheet metal component for an automobile industry. Knowledge of international standards as ISO-9000& ISO/TS-16949 Knowledge of production line capacity and responsible to check inventory before & after

production. Coordination with service team and maintenance team for any maintenance related issues. Developed machine practices and inspection procedure. Capable to handling manpower for achieving target. Complete knowledge of operation of Recycling of Polypropylene plastic recovered from batteries.

Company profile- A Young and Dynamic group having presence in aluminum, lead, copper and ferrous rolling mill.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Handling total operation of aluminum Scalar Furnace, Tilting reverbatory furnace, Lead Rotary

Furnace and Melting Pots , and copper melting. Handling ferrous Re-bar Rolling mill and check temp of induction furnace and Metal quality Metallurgical knowledge of flux addition and batch calculation as per alloy composition. Addition of

silicon, magnesium, titanium, copper, master alloy etc. as per requirement and maintaining slag and dross chemistry. In lead also we maintain slag chemistry by addition of soda ash, iron chips, limestone etc.

Refining of lead by addition of different chemicals like caustic soda,sulphur,sodium nitrate etc. Advised top management of ways to improve production, meet or exceed goals, and establish rates

for labor efficiencies To composed raw material all Batches & doing total production planning of the month. Handle the Quality control department and do analysis of the entire sample and do correction

according to the need. To make Daily and monthly Production MIS and do analysis of deviation for the given targets on

daily basis. To make production planning as per required of market or customers. To give whole day production planning to shift in charge. To give information of all the stock of raw materials and consumables required for production. Dross Inventory at the month end. To maintain minimum Inventory of the Dross at the month end. To update & maintain daily stock inventory & reconciliation with book data Dross realization at the beginning of month. To arrive at target cost at month beginning. Handling Quality and Dispatch of material. Capable to handling manpower for achieving target. Maintain Reports of material Dept and raw material inspection reports Coordinate maintenance operation and shipping to achieve the ojectives. Handling of overall operation of Scalar furnace and tilting furnace of aluminum, Induction furnace of Zinc, Dross pit furnace (Crucible) for melting Dross. Total Production and planning activities from raw material Yard to finished goods.
