Welcome to the Keystone-iScale Perormance Survey: Network Eectiveness.
You have been sent this survey because you are associated with The Practitioner Hub
o the Business Innovation Facility and Innovations Against Poverty.
You could be either (1) someone at an organization that is involved with the network or
(2) someone associated with the network in your individual capacity. You will have an
opportunity to indicate which at the beginning o the survey. The survey may be sent
to more than one person at any organization in order to get a more complete picture o
the networks eectiveness.
The survey is conducted by Keystone (www.keystoneaccountability.org) and
iScale (www.scalingimpact.net) acting as independent agents.

The Practitioner Hub is making a signicant investment to undertake this survey. Your
rank and condential responses will be taken very seriously.
As this survey is being sent to a number o dierent networks, not all questions will beequally relevant to you. Please answer each question as best you can.
At the end o the survey you will be given a chance to indicate your willingness to
participate in a ollow up interview or ocus group that would be conducted by the
network itsel. This is arguably the most important question in the survey, as your network
understands that the value o the survey lies mainly in the ollow up.
