Percutaneous catheter insertion expands patient access to PD and avoids the need for urgent or unplanned HD. Practices incorporating nephrologist-led percutaneous catheter insertion are shown to have a 2-4 fold increase in the number of patients using PD and fulfilling their choice of therapy. 1-6 Join us on Friday 11th June 2021 for a webinar in which our faculty will discuss implementing nephrologist-led catheter insertion. The panel will review the clinical evidence, provide an overview of different techniques and offer practical insights.
