The working group was multidisciplinary and had national representation

Long list of potential dashboard measures collected, scored and refined

Three dashboards have been agreed, one for networks, one for NICUs and one for LNUs/SCUs.

The measures on the 3 dashboards have been submitted to the transition group and accepted

Work has now moved to a working group that is responsible for the creation of databooks

To be implemented from April 2012 Will be a CQUIN for Trusts to be collecting

dashboards
