+.5.> CHA) is an international company and almost 333 employees are working in different shifts.

;his inspection starts from main gate and cover almost all the work process like (asic facilities, plants,electrical equipment?s, cranes, first-aid facilities, fire facilities, heavy load lifting, permit-to-work systemand many more.

Executive Summary:However company is working under health and safety system and whole work place is very wellmaintained. Do major incidents is recorded is last one year this will show the company attitude towardhealth and safety standards.

2oreover during the inspection of work place some major issue were found which required a highpriority attention and action needed to (e taken for e.g! isk of noise from generator, risk of poor

housekeeping, lack of welfare facilities, risk of collision with vehicle at work place, slip trip and fallhazards poor management of waste material.

;he conclusion of this report is a series of recommendations that when implemented would ensurethat compliance to local as well as international standards and legislation is gained and that theprinciple of continual improvement.
