Moving to a New Phase

• Successfully taken the program from a $100M windfall to a working network of over 130 engaged partners– Survey landscape, plan, explain plan, defend plan,

pilot, consensus, invest, adjust, expand, repeat– Measured, incremental progress

• Now – The NDIIPP project agreements are ending – The Library needs to report to Congress– There needs to be a next step

• Invite Members and Associates to join – Designate committee chairs

• Makeup– 11 members– Chaired by Librarian of Congress – Vice Chair is Associate Librarian for Strategic Initiatives– Chairs of standing committees – Members at large– Associate

• Council is made up of institutions – Institutions designate individual representatives
