Please return your appointment letter as soon as possible. TRAINING DAY Friday 16 th March, is a teacher training day and school will be closed to all students on this day. COFFEE MORNING Parents and carers are warmly invited to a coffee morning on Friday 9th March at 9am. We will have our local PSCO attending who will be providing advice and support to parents about children's Road Safety. HILLCREST STORES Remember Hillcrest Stores opens its doors on Tuesdays at 3pm. All families are welcome to come and pay as they feel for their groceries. However, due to popularity, we are limiting each family to one bag of food. GOLD MATHLETICS CERTIFICATE Congratulations to Fathima in Year 2 Glow-Worms who was one of the first pupils to get a gold Mathletics certificate! WALKING TO SCHOOL We are so pleased that lots more of our families are walking their children to school – fantastic! Can we please remind parents and carers that it is even more important to park safely around the school building – not on the yellow zig-zags! TOM PALMER The brilliant author Tom Palmer came to visit Year 3 and 4 classes this week. We had so much fun learning about becoming a writer. WORLD BOOK DAY Due to the extreme weather conditions on Thursday, we had to celebrate World Book Day today. Hopefully we will be able to share photos next week. This also meant our visiting author and illustrator Chris Mould had to cancel and will reschedule soon. Thank you for your continued support. Have a lovely weekend.
