Stories from the Trenches• Your class had a low turnout at your recent reunion and your board
wants to rebuild its interaction with your classmates over the full five year term. What programs and outreach will you will undertake to achieve that goal?
• Your class president stops communicating with the rest of the board, leaving no one in charge. What does the board do to reengage the president and keep the class activities moving forward?
• It's getting near reunion. The class has co-reunion chairs, but one has just resigned for personal reasons, and the other keeps saying she will get going, but somehow nothing gets done. As president, what can you and your class board do about this situation?
