ITY We are LGL Leadership…

Built upon our West Point roots, our faculty today is comprised of graduates from all three senior service academies (West Point, Annapolis and Air Force).

We believe that every employee deserves to be truly inspired, challenged, and empowered, by empathic leaders of character.

Through The NCCL, we are building that reality, collaboratively with companies like yours across America – today! Join us.

The greatest accomplishments in our history have occurred

because bold Americans dared greatly…

ITY The Challenge

As experienced and shared by hundreds of leaders*…

Lack of effort, trust and commitment, coupled with growing apathy and cynicism, are crippling performance.

We must rebuild leadership capacity.

More and more, people are looking for purpose and meaning in their work.

We must reconsider culture, hierarchy and process, to succeed in an increasingly complex world.

• Based on feedback received from over 1100 executives in over 135 Round Table discussions around the country.

…and with each of these issues, someone must lead the way.

ITY The NCCL is…

…a national movement of organizations committed to the continued development and advancement of culture, wellbeing & leadership excellence by collaboratively building trust, sharing best practices, discussing challenges, and creatively working together to identify innovative new ways to connect with, give purpose to, and earn employee commitment, passion and effort.

…member-centric – our members designate priorities and structure of conferences, online working groups, webinars and other curricular content. Challenges and solutions are discussed and explored as a collaborative Think Tank of servant leaders.

…principled in our approach and purposefully exclusive – we rigorously enforce our values and incorporate new members by invitation only.

…supported, staffed, and coached by LGL Leadership, Inc.
