Regarding the Cooler Audit we Have to Follow the System Procedures.

the Procedures as follows

1. The Cooler Auditors To Get ASE/Sales Man guidance To Visit The Outlet Coolers.

2. when We visit the Out Let , we have to Take 4 Photo Graphs. (OutLet / Cooler/ NBCL Cooler

No/ Cooler Serial No )

� Out Let Name board & View

� The Cooler Full View

� The Cooler NBCL No

� The Cooler Serial & Model No

3. End of the Day, One Person the Data Base, To Be feed in the xls Sheet.

4. The Photos To Be download, after the photos to be inserted in the Doc File. After it should be

converted To PDF file.

5. Where ever the Outlets Closed When your Visit, at the Next Day visit and complete the same.

6. End of the Month The Monthly (Daily Visit) Report Needed.
