contractors having sound
technical and financial capability in the manner as described in
the detailed Tender Noticeavailable on NBCCs website
www.nbccindia.gov.in which can be downloaded.

Detailed tender documents can be purchased from the office of
undersigned on any workingday between 10:00 hours to 16:30 hours
upto 06.02.2012 as per details given above onpayment of cost of
tender documents through Demand Draft (Non refundable) in favour
of
NBCC Ltd., Payable at Delhi. The same will be received at above
mentioned address upto 3:00PM on 08.02.2012 and will be opened on
the same day at 3:30 PM in presence of the intending
bidders (in two Bids i.e. Technical Bid & Financial
Bid).
Eligibility Criteria
For S.No. 1, 2 & 3
1.0 The contractors shall meet the following minimum criteria
for pre- qualification \:(a) Experience: Experience of having
successfully completed similar works during
the last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to
publication of thisadvertisement.
(i) Three similar completed works (at least one of them should
be in centralGovernment/Central Autonomous Bodies/Central Public
Sector Undertakings)
costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of estimated
cost.
OR
(ii) Two similar completed works, costing not less than the
amount equal to 50% ofthe estimated cost.
OR
(iii) One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than
the amount equal to80% of the estimated cost.

The value of work shall be brought to current level by enhancing
actual value ofthe work done at simple rate of 7% per annum
calculated from the date ofcompletion to the last date of receipt
of application for tender.
(b) Turnover: Average annual financial turnover on construction
works should be atleast 30% of estimated cost during last 3 years
ending 31st March, 2011.
(c) Profit/Loss: The applicant should submit the balance sheet
duly certified byChartered Accountant for last three years.
(d) Solvency Certificate: The contractor should have a Solvency
of the amount of40% of the estimated cost of the work certified by
his banker.
(e) Copy of Sales Tax, VAT registration & work contract
tax.(f) Copy of Valid EPF registration.(g) Copy of PAN Number.
2.0 Completion Certificates from clients other than
State/Central Government
Department/Agencies are to be supported by TDS certificate for
the project/Income Taxreturn filled for the period.
3.0 Definition of similar nature of work means, agency must have
completed at least onepumping station, laying of D.I. pipes and
20.00 lacs Ltr. UGSR capacity tank.
NBCC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders
in part or full without assigning
any reason thereof.
