Terms and ConditionsThe Children Act 1989: Yateley Manor Leisure has a Certificate of Registration to provide Group Day Care and in order to satisfy the requirements of the Act, certain information will be needed. It is particularly important that you or your representative can be contacted in an emergency so the provision of home, work and mobile telephone numbers is vital.

Booking Conditions: 1. No Liability is assumed by Yateley Manor (Leisure) Ltd or Yateley Manor School for personal injury or death of any participant or any damage or loss resulting unless caused by proven negligence of Yateley Manor (Leisure) or its agents or employees. 2. Yateley Manor (Leisure) does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to property of any kind during an Activity Week. No representative or employee is authorised to commit Yateley Manor (Leisure) to any liability at all and it will not be bound by any statement unless written and signed by a duly authorised member of staff. 3. Right to Exclude: Yateley Manor (Leisure) reserves the right to exclude or refuse any participant before or during an Activity Week if it is considered that person is disobedient or unable to get on with his/her own peer group. Any fees returned shall be at the discretion of Yateley Manor (Leisure). 4. Payment is evidence that these conditions have been accepted. 5. Full payment is required before each activity week. Late payment (including cheques returned as unpaid) will be subject to a 10% surcharge. 6. Lost Property: Please ensure that all articles of clothing and bags are clearly marked. Lost property will be held for the first four weeks of term following the Activity Week. After that period any remaining articles will be given to a local charity.

Payment InformationWe accept child care vouchers as payment for Holiday Activity Weeks. Contact Clare Garner for details on [email protected] day care to 6:00pm is available for each activity week @ £5 per child per day.

Discounts• £5 per day discount for 2nd and 3rd full weeks, £10 per day discount for 4th and subsequent full weeks booked for the same child and paid for at the same time.• £5 per day discount for second and subsequent children from same family on an activity week booked and paid for at the same time.• Discounts do not apply to Extended Care or Adventure Add-On.

What to bring on the day• Children need to bring a packed lunch, snacks and plenty to drink each day. • Children should dress in comfortable clothing and sensible shoes bearing in mind sporting activities.• Please send the children with their swimming kit should they wish to swim.• In the summer holidays sun screen should be applied to children before they arrive at the activities. Children should also be sent with a sun hat or cap, sun-

screen and a spare T shirt.
